Example:
Level 3 adventurer = 50g + (2 × 10g) = 70g base
With 1 death penalty = 70g + 25g = 95g
Note: Sold adventurer penalties are cleared after paying Monday's fees

Party Power = Sum of all members' (Strength + Defense + Speed)
Maximum success rate: 95%
Archer bonus: +1-5% based on level (if below 95%)
Guild Level:
- Determines missions per day (Level + 1)
- Affects maximum recruits available
- Influences available contracts
- Cannot decrease once achieved
Reputation:
- Unlocks higher difficulty missions
- Affects mission variety and quantity
- Lost on mission failures and adventurer deaths
- Harder to gain at higher values
- Required for guild ceremonies
Goblin Raid: -20 reputation, -100g on failure
Orc Raid: -30 reputation, -200g on failure
Raid Chances:
- 80% chance of raid on Mondays
- 30% chance for Orc Raid vs Goblin Raid
- On failure: 40% chance for each party member to be lost
- Lost members appear in rescue missions next day
Party members gain 10% more experience from missions
10% chance to find extra gold (5-10% of mission reward)
Increases mission success rate by 1-5% based on level
Increases reputation gained from missions by 10%
Reduces HP drain for other party members by 10% each
